Our client who are one of the world's leading independent payment service providers /Acquirer who Help online businesses succeed through cutting-edge technology, are currently looking for a Head Of Telesales to work from their Canary wharf office Head Office.

As The Head of Telesales you will be expected to recruit a Team. You will be the go to person in the Telesales Team and work closely with The Corporate Sales Director. You will be expected to put systems and strategies in place to make the Team successful and hit set targets. The online Payments/Ecommerce is a booming industry and your team can target Clients Internationally. You will need to be an experienced, strong Manager who can mentor & develop staff. It is essential that you have created and managed campaigns

Preferably you will already be in a Telesales Manager, Managing a team selling Payment solutions, merchant Services or Ecommerce for a Payments service provider, ISO or Acquirer. But The Client will look at exceptional Telesales Manager with a proven track record. Especially within Financial Services arena.

In return for your services you will be offered a base salary of £55,000 to £65,000 + Bonuses & excellent commission structure, ote in excess of 100k uncapped.
