Job Description
My client who are the World’s Largest provider on Card Payment systems are currently looking for Strong Sales & Business Development Manager to Cover the NE region, New York City & Boston. The role would be to Account Manager and sell up Systems & Software to 10 - 15 Leading Banks.
So experience in selling into the Top 200 Banks is essential and strong relationships with Banks.
Local language: Fluent, Business Level
Own Customer problems and see them through to resolution, including invoices, disputes and other matters requiring field services leadership and management.
Support and provide leadership for relevant promotions and events in the territory, including Industry Solution Days, executive events and internal training workshops.
Team Collaboration
Effectively Leveraging the ACI Eco-System
Show effective partnership with all supporting lines of business including Professional Services, H24, Hosting, Education, etc
Alignment / Collaboration with License team in driving SNET and renewal revenue to the region
Sales Hygiene
Maintain accurate, timely pipeline (3x consistent Revenue Allocation), forecasts, and opportunity close plans fully documented in CRM. Includes providing timely communication to Sr. Management.
Ensure Compliance with Revenue Recognition, Pricing and Contracts Policies.
Support defined policies, procedures, administrative responsibilities and management requests.
Effectively Position and Sell the entire solution Portfolio
Demonstrate the ability to close large, complex and strategic deals indpendently as well as tied to License opportunities.
Have a complete understanding of the overall Go to Market strategies, processes and scope of services that can be offered to the customer.
Actively participate in software and sales cycle to ensure that all elements of the Enterprise Value Framework are represented appropriately.
Financial Performance –
(Over) Achieve Revenue (SNET and Extentions) and Margin Targets
(Over) Achieve sales quota targets for Revenue and Booking as listed in the Compensation Plan.
Manage expenses and price discounting of software to achieve high margin business
Assist Account Owner with Management of Accounts Receivable
Work Collaboratively with various teams to effectively scope, estimate and support delivery of all Services engagements to limit services warranty exposure and maximize margin at accounts.
Meet minimum assigned Revenue Target
Meet minimum US Net Margin Target as dictated in Budget
