Job Description

 Our client is one of the leading payment processors in the UK. Each year they process billions of dollars with leading retail, telecommunications, gaming, education and social media companies. The companies partners include such instantly recognizable brands as Merlin, Phones4U and Poker Stars, with these businesses trusting them to handle their payments every day. They have International reach and are currently looking for a Financial Controller to be based from their Head Office in Canary Wharf, London.

This Financial Controller role is an excellent opportunity to join a company at an exciting time of growth.
Managing the day to day activity of the finance function and maintaining and improving complex financial models to help the business deliver results, this Financial Controller position will offer excellent exposure to the business and be a key member of the senior Management team.
A qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA accountant
Excellent modelling skills and the ability to influence commercial decisions.
Previous experience of a similar Financial Controller role with a good understanding of implementing financial control processes.

You will need minimum 2 years experience within a similar role. Have experience in implementation and a software package. Most importantly they are looking for someone bright and switched on who wants to grow with the company. You will be reporting directly to CFO.

Qualified - Acca or Aca; poss Cima
